1. Who we are
Tempah Court is an online platform for finding and booking sports courts in Malaysia. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings
- A booking reserves a specific court, date, and time slot at the listed venue.
- When you start a booking, the slot is held for you for a short payment window shown on the booking page. If payment is not completed in time, the hold expires and the slot is released to other players.
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation with a booking reference.
3. Payments
- Payments are processed securely by toyyibPay, a licensed Malaysian payment provider. We do not store your banking credentials.
- All prices are shown in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and are set by the venue operator.
4. Cancellations & refunds
Unpaid bookings can be cancelled at any time before payment, at no cost. Paid bookings follow our refund policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- Arrive on time and follow the venue rules and safety instructions.
- Keep your account details accurate and your password secure.
- Do not use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Venues
Venues are operated by independent operators. The operator is responsible for the condition of the facility and services on site. We are responsible for the booking and payment experience.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, Tempah Court is not liable for injuries, losses, or damage arising from your use of a venue. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date.
