Refund Policy

Before payment

A booking that has not been paid can be cancelled at any time from the booking page, free of charge. If the payment window runs out, the booking expires on its own and nothing is charged.

After payment

Paid bookings are final and cannot be cancelled from the app. This keeps slots reliable for venues and other players.

When you are entitled to a refund

• The venue or court is closed during your booked slot (maintenance, events, emergencies).
• The venue operator cancels or reschedules your booking and the new time does not work for you.
• You were charged but the booking was not confirmed due to a technical fault.

In these cases the refund is recorded against your booking and paid back by the venue operator. The status is always visible on your booking page.

How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the booking, normally within 7–14 working days depending on your bank.
