This policy explains what personal data Tempah Court collects, why, and how it is handled, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored hashed), or your Google account identity if you sign in with Google.
• Booking details: the venues, courts, dates, and times you book.
• Payment records: booking amounts and payment status from toyyibPay. We never see or store your banking credentials.
• Reviews you choose to leave for venues.

How we use it

• To process and manage your bookings, and to email you confirmations, reminders, and receipts.
• To share your name and booking time with the venue operator so they can prepare the court for you.
• To keep the platform safe: preventing double bookings, fraud, and abuse.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not send you marketing without your consent.
• We do not share your data with third parties except the venue you book and our payment provider.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: your session, sign-in state, and security tokens. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can update your name and email in Settings at any time, and you can delete your account. This removes your personal data from active systems. Booking and payment records required for accounting are retained as the law requires.
