How do I book a court?
Pick a venue, choose a court, date, and time, then pay online. Your booking is confirmed the moment payment succeeds, and the confirmation is emailed to you.
Can I book more than one court at once?
Yes. Add several courts at the same venue to a single checkout and pay once. Courts booked together share one booking reference.
How far ahead can I book?
You can book any open slot up to 30 days ahead.
Do I need an account to book?
You can browse and pick slots without one, but an account is needed to pay. It keeps your bookings, receipts, and confirmations in one place. Signing up takes seconds with Google or email.
How much does it cost?
Each venue sets its own prices. The exact price per slot is shown before you pick it, and there are no extra fees or deposits on top.
How long do I have to pay?
When you start a booking, the slot is held for you for 15 minutes. If payment is not completed in time, the hold expires and the slot is released to other players.
Payment

How do I pay?
Payments are processed securely by toyyibPay, a licensed Malaysian payment provider, using FPX online banking. We never see or store your banking credentials.
What happens if my payment fails?
Nothing is charged. The hold simply expires and the slot is released, so you can try booking again straight away.
Where is my receipt?
Every paid booking has a downloadable receipt on its booking page. Open "My Bookings" in the menu anytime.
Can I pay at the venue instead?
Online bookings are paid online: that is what confirms the slot instantly. Some venues also take walk-ins at the counter, but a slot is only guaranteed once it is booked and paid here.
Changes & cancellations

Can I cancel an unpaid booking?
Yes, an unpaid booking can be cancelled at any time from its booking page, free of charge.
Can I cancel or change a paid booking?
Paid bookings cannot be cancelled from the app. Contact the venue operator (their phone number is on the venue page) and they can reschedule or cancel for you.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled by the venue operator and paid back manually, normally to the same payment method. The full rules are in our refund policy.
Playing

What should I do before my session?
Arrive a few minutes early so you start on time. Your slot ends at the booked hour regardless. Use the "Add to calendar" button on your booking page so you never miss a session.
How do I find the venue?
Every venue page shows the full address with directions links for Waze and Google Maps, and your booking page keeps the venue details handy.
